TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM

At Red Oak Hope, the heart of our mission is the belief that every survivor deserves freedom, hope, and the opportunity for restoration from trafficking and exploitation.

The purpose of the program is for each participant to build skills and insight through supportive relationships in a safe environment, leading towards self-sufficiency and decreasing re-exploitation or victimization.

The Transitional Housing Program is a 24-month program that provides rent-free housing and care to survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation.

The program is for adult women who are ready to take the next steps in establishing and meeting their personal growth goals, healing from trauma, and building resilience.

We aim to support clients in their healing and achieving their goals by offering a range of services, including case management, counseling, life skills, education, transportation, and disability support. We do this both directly and through our partners, within a trauma-informed and trauma-responsive framework.

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN RECEIVING SERVICES OR REFERRING A CLIENT?

We are always accepting new applicants for the transitional housing program, but we do often have a waitlist. Please note that we are not able to provide emergency shelter. When there is availability in our home, the application process can take 3-4 weeks. Please fill out the form linked below, and a staff member will contact you within 1-2 business days.

If this is an emergency or you need an immediate response, please call the National Human Trafficking Hotline at (888) 373-7888 or call 911. If you are in Austin you can also call the SAFE Line for support: 512-267-SAFE (7233)
